Customers in the United States receive free home delivery on all electric bike purchases. Shipping may take up to 3-4 weeks.
Just in case you need to, this is our return policy:
If you want to return the product you have 7 days to try it out. If you do not like it within 7 days, you can return it to Greenpath Electric Bikes in the same boxes and packing material it came with along with all the paperwork. We charge a 25% restocking fee.
You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
You can contact us and we will arrange for UPS to pick it up.
Once we receive the product back, we will inspect the product for any damage. If there is no damage, we will refund your credit card (minus the 25%) and the shipping cost.
A time limitation of one week to return.
And must be undamaged.
The refund will be based on the sale price not including sales tax.
After one week, there will be no returns or exchanges.
Manufacturer Warranty: Manufacturer covers parts if found to be defective. Labor and shipping costs not covered and are customer’s responsibility.
Greenpath Electric Bikes will not charge or collect sales tax except for transactions within the State of New York. If the State where the transaction was billed and delivered to, requests that the sales tax needs to be paid, the customer will responsible for the taxes and penalties (if apply) of that transaction. All requests of sales tax to be paid must be presented in writing by the said State.
All warranties will be filled by the manufacturer’s guidelines.
